Spring into April Virtual Cooking Classes | Drop In & Series Option | Sat. 11- 12:15 am | Ages 8-14

Parents take the day off from cooking and let your budding chef take over dinner for the day. Join us for our virtual cooking class held online via Zoom and your chef will make a meal to serve at least 6 people.

Important Note: This will be a small-group cooking class that is held live, so a computer or Phone/ Tablet on a stand is required. This allows us to give students feedback and continuing our fun social cooking environment virtually.  Once you have completed registration you will receive a registration confirmation. 24 hours before the class you will receive a link to the meeting along with the required password. Below is a list of ingredients and supplies needed for our virtual cooking classes. All of our virtual classes use standard cooking equipment, no special equipment needed.

Recipes and classes do require adult supervision during the end of classes cooking portion to ensure student’s safety. Recipes require the use of a knife so please have a kid-friendly knife available. We use plastic lettuce knives in class, but you can also use a butter knife from home.

Class Day: Saturdays
Class Time: 11:00 am – 12:15 pm

Menu & Shopping List: Please note upon registering and noting any allergies our staff will send over allergies substitutions if needed. 


  • Easter Cupcakes with Homemade Buttercream
    • 3 sticks + 1 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter or Dairy-Free Butter Substitute
    • 3/4 cup Sugar
    • 2 cup Flour  or Cup for Cup GF Flour
    • 1 Cup Sugar
    • 1 Cup Milk  or Dairy-Free Milk
    • 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
    • Baking Powder
    • Vanilla Extract or Imitation Vanilla
    • Salt
    • Optional Decorations: Chocolate Art – 1 Bag Chocolate Chip / Favorite Candy Bar and Butter  OR Optional Easter Basket Decoration – Colored Jelly Beans, Candies, or Sprinkles and Food Coloring

Supplies: Whisk / Electric Mixture, Measuring cups, measuring spoons, large bowl, rubber spatula,12 Cupcake Baking Tin, 2 Medium Bowls  Medium Ziploc bag you have (optional for frosting), Cupcake Liners (optional for easy clean up)


  • Homemade Biscuits & Omelet
    • 2 Cup all-purpose flour (plus more for flouring surfaces) 
    •  4 Teaspoon Baking Powder 
    • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda 
    • 1 Teaspoon Salt 
    • 1 teaspoon of Sugar 
    • 12 Tablespoons butter
    • 1 Cup cold buttermilk, or whole milk mixed with 1 tablespoon of white vinegar or apple cider vinegar or lemon juice 
 (no worries if you do not have vinegar) 
    • 2 eggs 
    • 1 Tbs water 
    • Shredded Cheese 
    • Veggies of Choice: like tomatoes, onion, spinach, etc. (optional if unavailable) 
    • Salt & Pepper  

Supplies: Skillet, Bowls, Whisk, Measuring Cup & Spoons, Butter Knife, Cutting Boards, Spatulas, Baking Sheet, Saute Pan


Homemade Pasta & Garlic Oil Sauce 
  • 2 cup flour 
  • 3 eggs 
  • Warm Water 
  • Olive Oil (1/4 cup + ) 
  • Salt
  • Fresh Garlic Cloves or Garlic powder) 
  • Optional: Favorite Pasta Sauce

Supplies: Whisk or Fork, Rolling Pin, Butter Knife, Plate, Medium Pot
