CANCELLATION POLICY: Camp tuition is non-refundable and final. Cancellation notice must be received in writing within 30 days prior to the start of the first day of multi-day camp to receive a KCA credit of camp tuition minus a 10% cancellation fee. Partial cancellations or makeup classes are not available. Credits expire 6 months from the requested date. No refunds or kitchen credits cannot be granted for notices under 30 days. Kidinary Academy is unable to make exceptions to this policy for scheduling conflicts, last-minute illnesses or no shows. Please note you are always welcome to have a friend attend on your behalf with prior notice (if your substitute has no allergies) or 48-hour prior notice (if your substitute has allergies) and a signed waiver.
